Belt Design Note

Polyurethane V-belts are used to ensure optimal performance on small-diameter pulleys. Cloth-coated or rubber belts are not suitable for this application and are therefore not used.

Warco WM16 mini mills have been produced by multiple manufacturers over time.

Although the machines share the same model name, the motor, spindle top structure, and power transmission components may differ significantly between versions. The motor mounting hole layout on the spindle housing and the distances between shaft axes are often different as well. Before placing a pre-order, the customer must remove and inspect the motor and transmission assembly to confirm the machine’s configuration and measurements.

Critical Measurement Information

Motor mounting plate hole spacing:

• 52 mm, center-to-center, square pattern.

Please verify this measurement on your machine before ordering. If your machine uses a different spacing, inform me during the pre-order process so the correct parts can be manufactured.

Pulley bore sizes (standard configuration):

• Small pulley: 10 mm bore with 4 mm keyway.

• Large pulley: 45 mm bore.

If your machine uses different shaft diameters or keyway sizes, you must provide the correct measurements.
If the dimensions do not match and no information is provided, the kit will not fit your mill.

Custom parts can be manufactured when accurate measurements are supplied in advance.
